ARA---------------------------Suman Baba of Mahavir Mandir Ramna Ara told his devotees that as 26-8-2025 is Bhadra Shukla Tritiya Tithi, according to Vedic belief, Haritalika Teej Vrat will be observed on this day. As per page number 23 of Mahavir Panchang, Tritiya Tithi is on 26-8-23 till 12:39 pm. But as per Vedic belief, the Tithi on which the sun rises has significance till the next sunrise. Therefore, married women can perform the Teej Vrat Puja at any time. The main objective of this fast is to wish for a long life of the husband and a happy married life. On this day, married women fast and worship Lord Shiva and Parvati. Mothers who take medicines for gas, thyroid, BP, sugar or other life saving medicines should take the medicines before sunrise on Tuesday. There is no harm in taking this medicine. Our religious scriptures say that for innocent children, patients and the elderly, the first priority is the protection of the body. Yes, all rules will be valid only if the body is there.
