Gaya- In Kaimur district, near Kudra station on Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay railway section, on Wednesday, July 2, at around 5:45 pm, the wheel of the 12th coach from the front of a coal laden goods train derailed on the up line of Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC). Due to the derailment of the goods train's wheel, rail operations on this route were temporarily disrupted, luckily, despite some people being nearby, there is no report of any casualty in the accident. As soon as the information of the incident was received, senior railway officials and technical team reached the spot, railway employees started the repair work under the supervision of the railway administration, which was completed by late evening. In the initial investigation, this accident is believed to have happened due to technical fault or condition of the track, although the exact cause of the accident will be revealed only after a full investigation.
