ARA----------------------------Bhojpur police took action after a video of a Bolero with "police" logos and warning lights went viral. The seized Bolero vehicle was participating in a rally organized by Janshakti Janata Dal leader and former minister Tej Pratap Yadav. Following the viral video, police took action and filed an FIR at the Agiaon (G) police station, Superintendent of Police Raj stated.

The SP stated that on October 18, 2025, a video went viral showing a Bolero with "police" logos and warning lights being used for election campaigning at a rally organized by Janshakti Janata Dal leader and former minister Tej Pratap Yadav.

Investigation revealed that the vehicle was a private vehicle owned by Pramod Kumar Yadav, a resident of Lasadhi village in the Agiaon (Gadhani) police station area of ​​Bhojpur district. The vehicle owner's mobile number was found. Putting a 'police' logo and 'warning light' on a private vehicle is a serious and cognizable offense.

The SP stated that a case has been registered in this regard at the Gadhani police station under relevant sections against the vehicle owner and the unknown driver. Sections 171/174/347(1)/347(2)/348 of the BNS 2023 have been imposed in the FIR registered, and action is being taken to seize the vehicle.
