ELDERLY FARMER BEATEN TO DEATH

An elderly farmer was beaten to death in a street dispute in Biloti village of Shahpur police station area of Bhojpur district on Sunday morning. He died on the way while being brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. The deceased has a wound mark on the left toe, ankle and internal injuries on his body, due to which the family is accusing the Pattidar of beating him to death. On receiving the information, Shahpur police station in-charge Kumar Rajnikant reached the spot and started investigating the matter.

ARA-----------------------An elderly farmer was beaten to death in a street dispute in Biloti village of Shahpur police station area of Bhojpur district on Sunday morning. He died on the way while being brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. The deceased has a wound mark on the left toe, ankle and internal injuries on his body, due to which the family is accusing the Pattidar of beating him to death. On receiving the information, Shahpur police station in-charge Kumar Rajnikant reached the spot and started investigating the matter.

According to the information, the deceased is Lalan Tiwari, 70-year-old son of late Shiv Govind Tiwari, resident of Biloti village ward number-5 of Shahpur police station area. He was a farmer. Here, the younger son of the deceased, Vishnu Shankar Tiwari, said that there has been a dispute with his younger uncle's family for three months regarding the street. They have kept bricks in the street and have also thrown garbage. On Sunday morning, when they were going to clean the street, they were asked to remove the bricks and garbage from the street. But those people did not remove it, after which they went out.

Meanwhile, his father went for a walk in the street. Then he was injured by his younger uncle's family by hitting him with bricks and stones. On receiving the information, they came there and took him to Shahpur Hospital for treatment, from where after first aid, he was referred to Sadar Hospital for better treatment. He was brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Where the doctor declared him dead. On receiving the information, Shahpur police station reached Sadar Hospital and got the post-mortem of the body done.

On the other hand, the younger son of the deceased, Vishnu Shankar Tiwari, has accused his younger uncle's wife and his family members of killing his father by hitting him with bricks and stones in a street dispute. On the other hand, the deceased's son Vishnu Shankar Tiwari has accused Vimala Kunar and others. In this regard, Shahpur police station in-charge Kumar Rajnikant said that there was a dispute with his own Pattidar regarding the street. The body has been sent for postmortem. Further action will be taken only after they submit their application.

It is said that the deceased was third among his five brothers and one sister. His family consists of his wife Shail Kumari Devi and two sons Vishwamitra Tiwari and Vishnu Shankar Tiwari. After the incident, there is chaos in the deceased's house. His wife Shail Kumari Devi and all the members of the family are crying inconsolably.
