ARA----------------------------Bhojpur District Magistrate, Tanay Sultania, today conducted a detailed review of the NH-119A (Patna-Ara-Sasaram) four-lane project and various road construction projects being implemented by the Rural Works Department and the Road Construction Department via video conferencing.
During the review, the District Magistrate discussed in detail with officials the survey, the updated status of piling, pending records of various revenue villages, payment-related issues on the Bhoomi portal, and their prompt resolution. He directed the concerned Zonal Officers to immediately provide all pending records to the District Land Acquisition Branch so that further processing can be completed expeditiously.
The District Magistrate directed the Sub-Divisional Officers to expedite the remaining land acquisition work. He also directed the District Land Acquisition Officer to coordinate with the NHAI Project Director (Patna and Sasaram) to expedite the compensation payment process and ensure coordination between departments.
The Rural Works Department, Piro was directed to send the requisition proposals for the pending projects soon. The Executive Engineer of Shahabad Road Division, Ara was asked to expedite the completion of the ongoing projects and to speed up the widening work of the Wedding Zone and Babura-Doriganj Road in the city area.
The District Land Acquisition Officer, NHAI Project Director (Patna and Sasaram), Sub-Divisional Officers of Sadar, Piro and Jagdishpur, Sub-Divisional Officer of Land Reforms, Executive Engineers of Rural Works Department and Shahabad Road Division, and Block Development Officers of Tarari, Charpokhari, Gadhani, Koilwar, Udwantnagar, Sahar, Sandesh, Piro, Ara Sadar and Barhara, along with other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
