ARA-------------------------District Magistrate Tanay Sultania reviewed flood relief related works through video conferencing. In the course of review, he first reviewed in detail the relief services like community kitchen, shelter arrangement, medical camp, polythene distribution, and availability of clean drinking water, medical camp run by the district administration for the flood affected families in the flood affected Jabiniya village under Shahpur zone.

The District Magistrate directed the concerned officials to continuously monitor the relief work and provide quality services to the affected families on time. He directed the sub-divisional officers to regularly monitor the works.

Also, the District Magistrate directed the Circle Officers Koilwar, Barhara, Ara Sadar and Shahpur to ensure prompt disposal of pending applications received on the Sampoorna portal.

Sub-divisional Officer (Jagdishpur and Ara), Assistant Disaster Management Officer, District Information and Public Relations Officer, and Circle Officer (Koilwar, Barhara, Ara Sadar and Shahpur) and other concerned officers were present in this meeting.
