ARA---------------------A review meeting related to law and order, prohibition, arms verification, CCA, checkpost management and preventive action was jointly held by District Magistrate Tanay Sultania and Superintendent of Police Raj in the Ara Collectorate Auditorium on Thursday.

A review meeting related to law and order, prohibition, arms verification, CCA, checkpost management and preventive action was jointly held by District Magistrate Tanay Sultania and Superintendent of Police Raj in the Ara Collectorate Auditorium on Thursday.

In the meeting, all the Sub-Divisional Officers and Sub-Divisional Police Officers were directed to complete the verification of arms station-wise soon. Along with this, the District Excise Officer, all Sub-Divisional Officers and Sub-Divisional Police Officers were directed to ensure continuous intensive checking of vehicles in the main squares and border areas.

Instructions were also given to expedite the process of destruction of seized liquor and to provide proposals for auction of seized vehicles related to liquor soon. Apart from this, all sub-divisional officers and police officers were also instructed to send the proposal of check post on time, give notice to people with criminal tendencies and bond them down and expedite the proposals related to CCA.

Additional Collector, all sub-divisional officers, all sub-divisional police officers, excise officer, arms officer, district mineral development officer, all police station heads, all circle officers and other related departmental officers were present in this meeting.
