DM AND SP BRIEFED THE OFFICIALS REGARDING THE CONSTABLE RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION

ARA--------------------------On Monday, a joint briefing was done by the District Magistrate-cum-District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police Bhojpur with the deputed magistrates and police officers in the constable recruitment examination of Bihar Police in the Collectorate Auditorium, Ara. The written examination for appointment to the post of constable in the Bihar Special Armed Police Corps is scheduled in a single shift on 16 July 2025 (Wednesday) and 20 July 2025 (Sunday) at a total of 24 examination centers under Bhojpur district.

84 magistrates and police officers have been deputed for the successful conduct of clean, fair and malpractice-free examination. Candidates were instructed to be allowed to enter the examination centre from 9:30 am to 10:30 am and entry was not allowed after the time period was over. It was also said that no candidate would be allowed to leave the examination centre until the examination was over.

In order to prevent the possibility of disrupting the examination process by providing illegal help to candidates through mobile, Bluetooth device and other types of electronic devices, jammers were installed at all examination centres and CCTV was arranged to keep an eye on various activities of the people present at the entrance of the examination centre and all the examination classes. It was also asked to get videography done at all examination centres.

The Sub-Divisional Officer, Ara Sadar was instructed to effectively implement Section 163 (1) in the examination centre and its surrounding area of 200-300 metres, 2 hours before the commencement of the examination and 2 hours after the end of the examination.

For the successful conduct of the examination, a district control room has been set up whose telephone number is 06182- 248702 and fax is 233474.

On this occasion, Additional Collector, Revenue Additional Collector, Public Grievance, District Panchayati Raj Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer Ara Sadar, all deputed Magistrates and Police Officers and other senior officers of the district were present.
