DHARANA TO SAVE PADDY CROP

ARA-----------------------Reached Saneya village of Harigaon Panchayat of Jagdishpur block on receiving information about farmers sitting on Dharna to save paddy crop.

Listened to the problems of farmers, asked the superintending engineer of electricity board Ara to replace the worn out wire by tomorrow.

Farmers told that for the last ten days, due to the wire going to the borewell burning and falling down, dozens of motors are not working due to which 100 bigha paddy crop is on the verge of getting destroyed.

If the worn out wire is not replaced by tomorrow, then all the farmers will stage a Dharna in the office of Executive Engineer, Electricity Board Jagdishpur.

The farmers sitting on the Dharna mainly include former Mukhiya Ram Layak Singh, Birendra Singh, Lal Bahadur Singh, Mantu Singh, Nand Ji Singh, Raj Kumar, Jhapsi Yadav, Vishwa Nath Yadav, Prince Kumar, Umashankar Singh, Butan Singh, Doma Yadav, Jitendra Kumar, Vikas Yadav, Sonu Singh and dozens of others.
