Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has taken a major initiative to realize his resolve of development with justice. After achieving the targets set under the good governance programs Seven Resolves-1 and Seven Resolves-2, he has now decided to implement the Seven Resolves-3 program. This program will not only accelerate the state's economic progress but also strengthen social harmony and equality. Furthermore, in the coming years, Bihar will stand among the most developed states in the country, and the "development with justice" model will serve as an inspiration for the entire nation.

PATNA----------------------------Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has taken a major initiative to realize his resolve of development with justice. After achieving the targets set under the good governance programs Seven Resolves-1 and Seven Resolves-2, he has now decided to implement the Seven Resolves-3 program. This program will not only accelerate the state's economic progress but also strengthen social harmony and equality. Furthermore, in the coming years, Bihar will stand among the most developed states in the country, and the "development with justice" model will serve as an inspiration for the entire nation.
Under Seven Resolves-1 (2015-2020), Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had given seven mantras for development. These included economic empowerment for youth, reserved employment, empowerment of women, continuous electricity to every household, piped water to every household, paved roads and drains to every house, toilet construction, respect for every home, increased opportunities, and opportunities for further education. Seven Resolves-2 (2020-2025) included youth power for Bihar's progress, empowered women, capable women, irrigation water to every field, clean villages, prosperous villages, clean cities, developed cities, accessible connectivity, and healthcare facilities for all.
After the completion of work on most of these schemes, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has launched Seven Resolves-3 (2025-2030). Its aim is to fulfill the resolve of a developed Bihar. Seven Resolves-3 program includes doubling employment and income, prosperous industries for a strong Bihar, progress in agriculture for the state's prosperity, advanced education for a bright future, accessible healthcare for a safe life, a strong foundation for modern expansion, and respect for all for an easier life.
The main objective of the Seven Resolves-3 program is to provide every citizen of the state with a better standard of living, equal opportunities, and a secure future.
