COMMOTION AMONG FAMILY AFTER A GIRL DIED AT ARA SADAR HOSPITAL

ARA-------------------------A girl died due to illness in the SNCU ward of Sadar Hospital. The family became enraged after the girl's death. They accused the doctor of negligence in treatment and created a ruckus in the SNCU ward, causing widespread panic. Upon receiving the information, the Town Police arrived at Sadar Hospital and pacified the family by counseling them.

According to information, the deceased girl was Sona Kumari, the 9-year-old daughter of Vijay Prasad, a resident of Ward No. 4, Chhoti Sasaram village, in the Gajrajganj OP area. The deceased child's eldest father, Ajay Prasad, reported that she had a high fever and brought her to the SNCU ward of Sadar Hospital around 4 a.m. on Friday.

The female doctor on duty at the hospital prescribed medication without even examining her and told her to take her to the ward. The family then took her to the emergency ward and administered saline. After this, when the family again came to show the child to the doctor in the SNCU ward, they were told to wait for now. Meanwhile, the child's health deteriorated and she died. After that, the family took her body back to the village. On the other hand, Ajay Prasad, the elder father of the deceased child, has accused the on-duty female doctor of negligence in treatment leading to the death of the child. It is said that the deceased child was the eldest among her brother and sister. She was the only child of her parents. Her family consists of her mother Suman Devi and a brother. The mother of the deceased child, Suman Devi, and all the family members are in a bad condition, crying.
