Under the Seven Nischay, the work of providing electricity to every house, tap water to every house, toilet to every house and connecting toll plazas with paved roads has been completed. It was decided to provide 10 lakh government jobs and 10 lakh employment to the youth in the year 2020. Till date, 10 lakh jobs and 39 lakh employment have been given to the youth. More than 50 lakh jobs and employment will be given before the elections. Now it has been decided that one crore youth will be given jobs/employment in the next 5 years.

ARA---------------------------The Chief Minister said that special attention has been given to the field of education and health from the very beginning. Roads, bridges have been constructed on a large scale in the state. Under the Seven Nischay, the work of providing electricity to every house, tap water to every house, toilet to every house and connecting toll plazas with paved roads has been completed. The Chief Minister said that the budget of Bihar is continuously increasing. At the time of formation of the new government in the year 2005-06, the state budget was already only Rs 28 thousand crores, which was increased to Rs 34 thousand crores in the year 2006-07 and it has increased continuously to more than Rs 3 lakh 16 thousand crores now. He said that some new decisions have been taken recently. The amount of pension given to all the elderly, disabled people and widowed women has been increased from Rs 400 to 1100. 1 crore 12 lakh people are benefiting from this.

In the year 2018, electricity was delivered to every house. Electricity was provided by the government at a very cheap rate right from the beginning. Now almost all domestic consumers are being given free electricity. Solar will be installed in the houses of all interested people by the government. Recently, a new scheme for employment of women 'Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana' has been approved in which an amount of Rs 10 thousand will be given to one woman from every house to start employment. Those who have good employment will also be given additional assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh. This work will start from this month of September. Free land and special assistance will be given for setting up new industries in Bihar.

The Chief Minister said that all development works have been done in Bhojpur district. Engineering college and polytechnic institute have been established. Women ITI and ITI have been established in all sub-divisions. GNM institute and Para Medical Institute have been established. Medical college and hospital are being constructed in Ara. Karpoori Thakur hostel Scheduled Caste Residential High School and Other Backward Class Residential High School have been constructed in Bhojpur. Many bridges and roads have been constructed in Bhojpur district, in which Veer Kunwar Singh bridge has been constructed on the Ganga river between Ara and Saran. 6 lane Koilwar bridge has been constructed on the Son river. A new state highway has been constructed from Nasriganj to Koilwar.

ROB has been constructed in Ara city. Irrigation facilities have been developed in Bhojpur district, in which Babu Dam and Malor irrigation schemes have been constructed and renovated. Bihiya and Kataiya distribution of Son Canal have been renovated. Tourist facilities have been developed in Jagdishpur, the birthplace of Babu Veer Kunwar Singh. In December 2024 and January-February 2025, I came to Bhojpur district during Pragati Yatra and saw the development works and 10 schemes have been approved to fulfill the shortcomings. These schemes include construction of ring road in Ara, widening of 3 paths, construction of road on 2 canal dams, construction of Samp in Ara city, construction of bypass in Piro path, construction of new buildings of the block and development of Surya Mandir complex in Tarari. Today the foundation stone of all these schemes has been laid. We want to tell all of you that whatever more work you feel needs to be done for the development of this area, tell us immediately, we will work on it.
