CM INAUGURATES AND LAID FOUNDATION STONE FOR 178 PROJECTS

BHABHUA--------------------------During his visit to Kaimur, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 178 projects worth ₹980.15 crore. Uneasy circumstances arose at the venue when some people began chanting "Down with Nitish Kumar" during his public meeting. Despite this minor disruption, the Chief Minister unveiled development projects worth approximately ₹980 crore for the district, including several important projects related to infrastructure, education, and health. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar began his visit by inspecting the land for the proposed medical college in Badi Takiya Mouza, Madurna Panchayat, Chainpur block. He directed officials to commence the project as soon as possible. Following this, the Chief Minister reached the Jagjivan Stadium in Bhabua, where he met Jeevika Didi's.

The main objective of this program was to establish direct communication with the public and review the implementation of government schemes. During the dialogue program, some people suddenly started shouting slogans like "Down with Nitish Kumar." This created chaos and tension in the gathering for a while. However, security personnel and organizers acted quickly to control the situation and calm the shouting crowd. Despite this incident, the Chief Minister continued his address and inaugurated various development projects worth ₹980 crore announced for the district. These projects include road construction, bridges, upgrading educational institutions, and expanding healthcare facilities, which are expected to accelerate the overall development of Kaimur district. In his address, the Chief Minister stated that the government is committed to the all-round development of every sector of the state and that these projects will improve the quality of life of the people of Kaimur district. He directed officials to complete all projects in a timely and quality manner. This incident demonstrates that despite the Chief Minister's development agenda, discontent persists among some sections. However, the foundation stone laying of large-scale projects is considered an important step towards the district's development.
