Expressing satisfaction with the Women's Commission's achievements and the changing picture of women in the state, he said that the government has taken concrete steps to protect women's rights and promote social empowerment at every level. The Chief Minister released a souvenir titled "From Dialogue to Concern," congratulating the Commission, and said that today, women in Bihar have become symbols of self-confidence and self-respect.

The Chief Minister was accompanied at the ceremony by Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Social Welfare Minister Madan Sahni, Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Deepak Kumar, Chief Secretary Pratyaya Amrit, District Magistrate Dr. Tyagarajan S.M., and Senior Superintendent of Police Kartikeya K. Sharma, along with several senior officials. National Commission for Women Chairperson Vijaya Kishor Rahatkar and Bihar State Women's Commission Chairperson Apsara were also present on the stage.
The event was attended by a large number of women and dignitaries from various sectors of society. Speakers praised the state government's efforts towards women's empowerment and described it as an important step towards social change. Throughout the event, discussions focused on the achievements and challenges facing women's empowerment, making it a platform for meaningful dialogue on women's issues rather than a mere formal event.
