-Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has recently issued clear guidelines on the doubts arising regarding the transfer of teachers done by the Education Department. He said that the teachers whose problems related to inter-district transfer are still pending, will be asked to select districts from three options. After this, their posting will be ensured in one of those districts.

ARA---------------------------Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has recently issued clear guidelines on the doubts arising regarding the transfer of teachers done by the Education Department. He said that the teachers whose problems related to inter-district transfer are still pending, will be asked to select districts from three options. After this, their posting will be ensured in one of those districts.
He told that the process of school allocation within the concerned district will be done by a committee constituted under the chairmanship of the District Officer, so that teachers can be posted in or around the block of their choice as far as possible.
The Chief Minister appealed to the teachers and said that they should not worry about the transfer process and selflessly continue their teaching service for the bright future of the children of Bihar. He said, "Teachers are very important for the future of the children. My humble request is that they keep working diligently."
This step towards strengthening the education system is being considered an important effort towards increasing confidence in teachers and making the system transparent.
