The police is constantly trying to make the prohibition successful in Bihar, but the strong network of liquor smugglers is defeating the police every time. From some recent incidents, it has become clear that the strategy and vigilance of the smugglers is much more effective than the police.

In one case, Madanpur police seized 520 liters of spirit from a Scorpio. In this incident too, the smugglers had adopted a strange method. They were smuggling by seating men and women as passengers in the vehicle so that no one suspects. This is an example of how smugglers keep finding new ways to fool the police. They are aware of every kind of risk and they go fully prepared to deal with it.

Similarly, the police recovered 65 liters of illegal liquor near the Ramrekha river in Mali police station area of Navinagar. But in this case too, the smugglers managed to escape from the spot. The police say that they had received secret information, but the smugglers probably got wind of it beforehand. They left their goods and fled before the police arrived. This incident shows how strong the smugglers' information system is.

These two incidents prove that the network of liquor smugglers is not limited to just selling liquor, but it works like an organized gang. Informers, smugglers, and big businessmen are all involved in it. Until the police succeed in breaking this entire network, making the liquor ban completely successful will remain a big challenge.
