BHABHUA-----------------------Due to the sudden strike of data operators appointed by Beltron company, the working of the block headquarters got hindered. The employees of this department are on indefinite strike since 17th. The employees say that the government should declare us as regular employees and pay us salary as per government employees because we also come to the block headquarters on time and leave on time along with the government employees, so why discrimination against us. We will continue our strike until the government does not find a solution to our problems. The hindrance in the work in the block headquarters is not our fault but the government's fault. If the government gives equal facilities and equal salary to those who work equally. What is the harm in giving equal respect and equal salary to the government. This time if the government does not find a solution, we employees will not return to work.
