BIRD HITS PLANE IN PATNA

PATNA-------------------------As soon as the Delhi bound Indigo plane took off from the runway at 8.45 am on Wednesday at Patna airport, it collided with a bird at a little height. On receiving this information, 175 people including 169 passengers and six crew members on board the plane were terrified. As soon as the plane landed safely 20 minutes later, the passengers heaved a sigh of relief. After the collision with the bird, the passengers sitting inside the plane expressed their views after the safe landing of the plane.

After the collision with the bird, the cockpit of the plane started showing signs of technical fault in one of the engines, after which the pilot informed the ATC. Asked ATC for permission to return the plane and land it on the runway of Patna airport. Sensing the emergency, the airport administration immediately cleared the runway. As soon as the signal was received from ATC, the plane was safely landed at 9.05 am, exactly 20 minutes later.

The passengers told that immediately after takeoff, vibrations were felt inside the plane. Some sound was also coming from the engine inside the plane. When the crew members informed about this, everyone got scared of some untoward incident. Some were praying to God and some were praying to their family members.

The passengers were taken off the plane and brought to the arrival area and were checked in again from the departure gate. Passenger Akash said that after the Ahmedabad accident, the mind remains suspicious after boarding any plane. After the engine malfunctioned on Wednesday, he became apprehensive of some dreadful fear.
