ARA----------------------------On the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, a grand tribute ceremony was organized by 'The Hindu Foundation and CAT' at the Taj Hotel in Patna. During this, the brave immortal martyrs of the country were saluted and their unique sacrifice was remembered.

CAT Bhojpur District Executive President Alok Anjan was honored by the Governor of the state Arif Mohammad Khan by giving him a certificate and a shawl for his social contribution. On this occasion, the Governor praised the social work of Alok Anjan and said that his services are a source of inspiration for the society.

Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Government Samrat Chaudhary, Road Construction Minister Nitin Naveen, Legislative Council Member Jeevan Kumar and CAT State President Ashok Verma were present at the ceremony. Those who congratulated Alok Anjan for this proud honor included Ara Mayor Indu Devi, social worker Prem Pankaj alias Lalan, environment lover Anand Kumar, Aditya Singh etc., Vishal Gupta, Ratan Pratap Singh, Ashok Gupta, Ajit Kumar, Bhola Sharma and other dignitaries.

The main objective of the program was to pay tribute to the brave soldiers who were martyred in the Kargil war. During this, the families of the martyrs were also specially honored. All the attendees remembered the contribution of the martyrs and pledged to always remember their sacrifice.
