SASARAM--------------------------The political ground of Karhagar has heated up even before the upcoming assembly elections. JDU's potential candidate and former administrative officer Dinesh Rai has increased his activism in the area on the instructions of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, due to which the election atmosphere has become lively.

Dinesh Rai, who has worked with Nitish Kumar in the administrative service for a long time, is now starting his new innings on the political pitch. He is going from village to village and setting up Chaupals and communicating directly with the public.

In his meetings, special emphasis is being laid on the development schemes of the government, especially education, health and road construction. His 'public awareness' initiative remains a topic of discussion among the people.

Local people say that Dinesh Rai is the first such potential candidate who is listening to their problems so deeply. His administrative experience and an impeccable image set him apart from other leaders. JDU sources say that the party has entrusted him with the responsibility of building a strong support base in Karhagar seat. The party leadership is confident that this seat can be won under Rai's leadership.

Dinesh Rai has said in his public relations campaign that his goal is to make politics not just a means of power but a means of service. He wants to develop Karhagar as a center of education and health. Along with this, he is also focused on solving the big problem of migration by creating employment opportunities for the youth. Only time will tell in which direction his strategy and ground hold will take the political equation of Karhagar.
