PATNA--------------------------Ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections, Prashant Kishore has leveled allegations against NDA leaders. He stated that Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary is a seventh-grade pass, but obtained a doctorate without completing matriculation. Prashant Kishore also claimed that he was jailed in the murder case of Congress leader Sadanand Singh.

Prashant Kishore's revelations have caused a political uproar in Bihar. He described five NDA leaders as highly corrupt and masters of fraud. Dilip Jaiswal said that when he needed money, he borrowed 25 lakh rupees from his father. Around 2.25 crore rupees were deposited in this account, 1499000141819. During a press conference in Patna, Prashant Kishore leveled several serious allegations against five NDA leaders. I question the Deputy CM of Bihar, who should reveal in which year he passed matriculation. His degree is alleged to be fake. Did this man (Samrat Chaudhary) obtain a D.Litt. without passing matriculation? Samrat Kumar Maurya, also known as Rakesh Kumar, also known as Samrat Chaudhary, has served time in jail for murder. The public ousted the RJD for its "jungle raj." But look at the conduct and appearance of the BJP.

PK, targeting Minister Ashok Chaudhary, said that he is the Chief Minister's right-hand man and has set a record for corruption in Bihar. Two years later, Dutt transferred that land to his daughter, Shambhavi Chaudhary, for 3.4 million rupees. He also deposited 10 lakh rupees in her bank account. When his daughter contested the elections on February 20, 2021, he transferred 2.5 million rupees to Dutt again on April 27, 2025, in response to an income tax notice. Over the past two years, he has purchased property worth over 200 crore rupees in the name of his family and the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust, a trust affiliated with Kishore Kunal's family. After his daughter's engagement, how is this trust, which is linked to Kishore Kunal's family, purchasing land worth hundreds of crores of rupees?

Prashant explained that its trustees are Kishore Kunal's wife and son; we also have the transaction details of their bank accounts. The first land was purchased on May 12, 2022, the second on the same day, then the third, the fourth two months later, and the fifth four days later. All of these lands are owned by Ashok Chaudhary's wife, son-in-law Sayan Kunal, and family members. How did this trust acquire so much land after establishing ties with Ashok Chaudhary? This is a matter of public interest. One of the trustees of this trust is the mother of Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit.

Regarding BJP MP from Bettiah, Sanjay Jaiswal, PK described him as a small-time leader. He said he was being too fussy. He has a complete and murky background. He owns a petrol pump near which they were not allowing a flyover to be built because it would have stopped oil sales from his pump. He publicly posted a sign stating that the flyover construction was stalled not because of him but because of the state government. In 2015, when District President NN Shahi called him wrong, a public discussion took place in front of hundreds of people at the Town Hall. Bettiah Mayor Garima Devi Simaria wrote a letter to the Municipal Commissioner in the Standing Committee meeting on August 14, 2024, stating that in five meetings, the decision was made to replace the petrol pump in the cantonment area, which is in her brother's name, due to excessive fuel bills and corruption. A decision was made to completely stop payments. Five crore rupees were paid to the cleaning vehicles.

Prashant Kishore said that your father (Sanjay Jaiswal's father) was a gentleman; he is respected, but you (Sanjay Jaiswal) are not respected. When you ran away from RJD, you got 5,000 votes. Jan Suraj Party leader Prashant Kishore, continuing the party's campaign against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president Dilip Jaiswal, said that the party members have filed a petition in the High Court, along with the family, demanding an investigation into the 18-year-old murder of Rajesh Sah of Kishanganj. Senior lawyer YV Giri, associated with Jan Suraj, said that the petition has been filed and will be heard soon. Prashant Kishore held a press conference in July with Rajesh Sah's mother and sister and alleged that the BJP leader had admitted the wife of the then Superintendent of Police of Kishanganj to his medical college in exchange for saving Jaiswal.
