BHOJPUR POLICE RECOVERED BODY OF A MIDDLE AGED MAN

ARA (RNI) Bhojpur police recovered body of a middle aged man who had left his house two days ago from the wasteland of Musahar Toli at Tilath village under Piro police station in Bhojpur district and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. A mark of injury was found between the forehead and nose of the deceased. The family is accusing of strangulation and throwing the body. The deceased was identified as Siyaram 55 son of Ram Sakal Ram of Harpur village under Charpokhari police station.

SHO Piro police station Subodh Kumar said that on receiving the information, he along with police force and a team of Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) reached the spot and collected evidence.

Laxmi Paswan, cousin of the deceased said that apart from doing the work of filling soil on contract, he used to run a band party. He left home on Saturday morning and did not return home and so they thought that he might have gone to some band betting. Meanwhile, in the morning, the villagers informed that his body was found in the barren land behind the Musahar Toli in the village. The family members rushed to the spot and identified him. He further said that five people from Musahar Toli used to live with him and eat and drank. There must have been some dipute during merry making. He accused Sikandar Musahar, Sri Bhagwan Musahar, Babu Mussahar and Sukhari Musahar of Musahar Toli in the village of strangulating his cousin to death. However, the police are investigating the matter and conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
