ARA-----------------------Recording a major achievement, Bhojpur Police has arrested the criminals from New Delhi who had defrauded a doctor of Sadar Hospital, Ara, of Rs 19 lakh in the name of digital arrest.

In this regard, in a press release issued by Bhojpur Cyber ​​Police Station regarding the said arrest, it was told that on 01.07.2025, Ram Niwas Prasad, resident of Saroj Sadan, Kanakpuri, East Gate Jain College, Ara (presently a doctor at Ara Sadar Hospital) appeared at the Cyber ​​Police Station and submitted a written application in which he mentioned that on 26.06.2025, he received a call on his mobile number 9334931131 from mobile number 8220341644. The caller introduced himself as an ATS officer. The ATS officer informed that an arrest warrant has been issued by Anurag Sain, Judicial Magistrate F.C District Pune. Your case number is SD 1928/2025. The person who called me got Rs. 19,00,000/- transferred from me. I was further threatened and asked not to step out of the house and not to tell anyone about this. On the basis of the application submitted by the plaintiff, Bhojpur Cyber ​​Police Station FIR No. 489/25, dated 01.07.2025 was immediately registered and investigation was started. Further in the course of investigation, KYC and other details were obtained by observing the money trail and on this basis Bhojpur Cyber ​​Police Station Case No. 45/25, dated 02.07.2025 Section-66(D) IT Act. 2000 was registered. Under the direction of the Superintendent of Police, a special team was formed under the leadership of Sneh Setu, Deputy Superintendent of Police-cum-Station Head of Bhojpur Cyber ​​Police Station, Ara, consisting of Sub-Inspector Rakesh Kumar Ranjan, Sub-Inspector Gandhi Nath Pathak, Sub-Inspector Swati Rani, PTC/1484 Jitendra Kumar, Constable/Shambhu Kumar, Constable/102 Shahbaz Ahmed, all from Bhojpur Cyber ​​Police Station, along with the armed forces and technical team of the police station. Taking prompt action, the constituted team conducted a scientific and technical analysis of the incident and found that the money defrauded from the plaintiff was transferred to the account of Nitin Narendra Anjole, account holder of Bank of Maharastra Branch Code-00356, Nagpur wardhman Nagar A/C No-60533403949, IFSC-MAHB0000356. Nitin Narendra Anjole has transferred Rs. 7,00,000/- from his account to Dalip Kumar, father Ram Lal, holder of Bank of Maharastra A/c no. 60469319415, address-9A/163 Lal Bagh Azadpur, Delhi Pin code-110033 and Jishan Khan, father Anish Khan, holder of Indusind Bank A/C no. 157838673120, address-Rana Pratap Road, Adarsh ​​Nagar, Delhi Pin code-110033. The cheated money was withdrawn by both the account holders through cheques from Bank of Maharastra (Branch Delhi) and Indusind Bank (Branch Delhi). Both the persons were arrested from New Delhi on the basis of CCTV footage of the said bank.

Arrested accused Dalip Kumar, father Ram Lal, address-9A/163 Lal Bagh Azadpur, Delhi Pin code-110033. (ii) Zeeshan Khan, father-Anish Khan, address-Rana Pratap Road, Adarsh ​​Nagar, Delhi, Pin Code-110033.

During interrogation, the arrested accused have admitted to committing the crime. Raids are being conducted to arrest other accused involved in the incident. Police have also recovered two mobile phones from the arrested accused.
