BHAI DINESH IS PREPARING FOR A ‘PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT AGAINST CORRUPT OFFICIALS

ARA--------------------------Senior Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Jagdishpur MLA Bhai Dinesh organized the "People's Problem Solution Program" at Kisan Bhawan, located in the Jagdishpur Block Headquarters complex. This program attempted to address various social issues faced by the general public.

During this special program, Bhai Dinesh listened to the grievances of approximately 35 people with utmost patience and sensitivity. He immediately resolved many of the issues and assured the concerned officials of appropriate action, instilling hope for justice and a hearing among the local people.

During the program, Bhai Dinesh took a strong stance against the corruption prevalent in the administrative system. He stated unequivocally that the block, subdivision, and circle offices are completely entrenched in corruption. He emphasized that the only way to liberate the common people from this system is through a "people's movement," preparations for which will begin very soon.

Bhai Dinesh highlighted the problem of ordinary people having to visit the block for essential tasks such as Aadhaar cards, pensions, birth certificates, income certificates, residential certificates, caste certificates, housing construction, mutations, and receipts, yet their work is not done without paying money. He questioned whether the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Block Development Officer (BDO), or Circle Officer (CO) have ever attempted to investigate these serious irregularities.

In a significant statement, Bhai Dinesh addressed the Home Minister, saying that instead of bulldozing the homes of the poor, he should bulldoze corrupt officials. He said this action would be a strong step towards ensuring transparency and accountability, and would restore the public's faith in the government.

Bhai Dinesh also questioned the local administration's negligence. He pointed out that the park next to the block-subdivision entrance is littered with garbage, but no official seems to notice. He said this situation is clear evidence of administrative apathy and gross negligence towards the maintenance of public spaces.

Additionally, he cited a serious case where a farmer without a farm or motor was fined a hefty 68,000 rupees by the Electricity Department's Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) and a First Information Report (FIR). Dinesh expressed surprise as to why the subdivisional administration failed to see this injustice and why swift and strict action was not taken against the guilty officer.

To address electricity-related issues, Dinesh traveled to Bihiya and held a meeting with the Executive Engineer and Junior Engineer. In this meeting, he demanded that a 63 KVA transformer be installed in place of the 16 KVA transformer in Kushaha Tola. He urged officials not to unnecessarily harass farmers and to install wires, poles, and transformers on their private borewells as soon as possible, ensuring smooth agricultural operations and ensuring farmers' irrigation of their crops
