BUXAR-------------------------An attempt was made to attack the convoy of Bhojpuri superstar and BJP MP from Delhi, Manoj Kumar Tiwari 'Mridul', during his road show. The attack took place on Saturday evening near Ariyanv village in the Dumraon assembly constituency. The Bhojpuri star wrote on his Facebook page, "During the road show, RJD slogans were raised near Ariyanv. Stone pelting took place. To prevent a clash, we quickly moved our convoy forward."

At the same time, some people shouting RJD slogans tried to attack us. However, to avoid a confrontation, we accelerated and left the scene.
