PATNA-------------------------The Nitish government has launched a massive campaign to provide government jobs and employment opportunities to a large number of youth in the state. The Chief Minister stated that providing jobs to the youth has been one of his government's top priorities. Under the Seven Resolves-2 program, 50 lakh young people have already been provided with government jobs and employment between 2020 and 2025.
On Thursday, a post was shared on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's social media platform X, stating that this effort has been further intensified after the formation of the new government. The Chief Minister announced that a target has been set to provide jobs and employment to 1 crore youth in the next five years (2025-30). Several concrete and swift steps are being taken to achieve this target on time.
On Thursday, the government instructed all administrative departments, divisional commissioners, police headquarters, and district magistrates to submit all requisitions related to vacancies to the General Administration Department by December 31, 2025. The General Administration Department will then immediately scrutinize these requisitions and forward them to the concerned recruitment commissions.
