ARA--------------------------The Koilwar Circle office has achieved a significant milestone in the processing of land mutation cases. From October to December 15th, a total of 472 land mutation applications were successfully processed in just 75 days. Notably, the number of pending land mutation applications at the circle office has been reduced to almost zero within the last 75 days, providing significant relief to the general public.

In this regard, Revenue Officer Rajbhushan Singh stated that the land mutation process at the circle level was continuously reviewed to make it transparent and time-bound, and all applications were processed within the stipulated time. He said, "Our effort has been to ensure that no applicant has to make unnecessary visits to the office." Accordingly, all applications have been processed except for one or two percent of cases. The Revenue Officer further clarified that in one or two percent of the applications, technical errors, lack of documents, or complex legal aspects were found, and these were rejected for correction as per the rules. In such cases, applicants have also been given necessary instructions so that they can reapply after correcting the errors. The Revenue Officer said that the circle office's goal is to continue processing all revenue cases within the stipulated time frame so that the general public does not face any difficulties. The circle administration is continuously striving to provide all kinds of facilities to the people.
