-The court of ADJ 11 Yogesh Sharan Tripathi, Civil Court Bhabuan, has sentenced the criminal Sonu Paswan, son of Guddu Paswan, resident of village- Dubauli, police station- Chand, district- Kaimur (Bhabuan) in dowry murder case section 304B to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 40,000, and an additional imprisonment of four months in case of not paying the fine.

BHABHUA-------------------------The court of ADJ 11 Yogesh Sharan Tripathi, Civil Court Bhabuan, has sentenced the criminal Sonu Paswan, son of Guddu Paswan, resident of village- Dubauli, police station- Chand, district- Kaimur (Bhabuan) in dowry murder case section 304B to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 40,000, and an additional imprisonment of four months in case of not paying the fine. The informant of this case, Jhakri Paswan, son of late Munni Paswan, village- Mohammadpur, police station- Mohaniya, district- Kaimur (Bhabuan), told in his FIR that I had married my daughter Reema Devi to Sonu Paswan in the year 2021 according to Hindu religion customs. My daughter Reema Devi was burnt to death on 30 March 2022 at 6:00 pm by my son-in-law Sonu Paswan and his family members, who died during treatment at Maxwell Hospital in Banaras on 31 March 2022 at 8:00 am. The reason for the incident is that my son-in-law and my brother-in-law used to demand a motorcycle and a gold chain in dowry. An application was given by the informant to register a primary case in Chand police station. In which case, Chand police station case number 80/2022 was registered by the police station administration. In this case, Additional Public Prosecutor Ramdayalu Singh was present on behalf of the government and Sanjay Kumar Tiwari II was present on behalf of the court.
