ARA-----------------------As per the instructions of Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur, a training camp for technical assistants and masons of all blocks was organized in Vikas Bhawan Bhojpur under the joint aegis of RSETI and MNREGA. In this training camp, detailed training was given mainly related to the use of BALA model based construction and painting in the construction of Anganwadi centers implemented under MNREGA. In the said training camp, detailed training was also given as per departmental instructions on Geo-tagging and Geo fencing, whose practical and physical training was also given in the nearby Ramna Maidan, Ara. The training is related to the training program based on BALA (Building as a Learning Aid) model organized during the training. The main objective of this training was to teach the trainees how they can use the school building and available resources as an effective tool for learning. The main objective of the BALA (Building as a Learning Aid) model Anganwadi center is to create a favorable environment for promoting learning and development for children. It is an innovative approach to make Anganwadi centers more attractive, creative and child-centric. Bala Model Anganwadi Centre provides a holistic approach to the all-round development of children, including learning, play, socialization and health which is going to be quite different from the earlier Anganwadi centres and for this purpose this training has been given.
