ARA (RNI) Locals say that Baba Dhaneshwar's glory is so great that people come from far and wide to visit him. During the rainy season, Mother Ganga herself performs the Jalabhishek of Baba.

The ancient Dhaneshwar Temple is located in the middle of the Bagmati River in Dhanaur village of Katra block in Muzaffarpur. When the water level of the Bagmati River rises, the river water enters the sanctum sanctorum of the temple and performs the Jalabhishek of Bhole Baba. During the rainy season, due to the strong river, devotees are unable to reach the temple, and only the river offers water to Mahadev.

There is a Shiva temple in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, where ordinary people cannot perform the Jalabhishek of Baba, but the water of the Bagmati River definitely performs the Jalabhishek of Baba. The ancient Dhaneshwar Temple of Bhole Baba is located in the middle of the Bagmati River in Dhanaur village of Katra block in Muzaffarpur district. Every year, when the water level of the Bagmati River rises, it causes massive devastation in the area. However, this temple, known as Baba Dhaneshwar Nath, remains unharmed.

This temple is highly revered. It is said that Bhole Baba fulfills all the wishes of devotees who come to Baba's court with a true heart. When the water level of the Bagmati River rises, it enters the sanctum sanctorum of Bhole Baba's temple.

Locals say that the Baba Dhaneshwar Nath Temple, located in the middle of the Bagmati River, which flows through Dhanaur village of Katra block, is very old and ancient. The temple is highly revered. However, ordinary people do not perform Jalabhishek in the temple; instead, the water of the Bagmati River itself performs the Jalabhishek of Bhole Baba.
