In this case, three other accused including a goldsmith were already arrested by the police, including a goldsmith who had bought the jewelry snatched from the victim.

PATNA-------------------------The main accused who was absconding in the sensational case of gang rape of a minor girl in the capital Patna has been arrested by the police after 12 days. In this case, three other accused including a goldsmith were already arrested by the police, including a goldsmith who had bought the jewelry snatched from the victim.
According to the police, after the gang rape, the accused had threatened the victim that if she told anything to anyone or did not do as they said, her objectionable video would be made viral. On the strength of this threat, the accused also looted precious jewelry from her.
During the investigation, the police started investigation on the basis of the complaint of the victim's family and another youth was arrested while tracing the mobile data used in the incident. In this way, a total of four accused have been arrested so far. The police has also recovered the looted jewelry by conducting raids.
Patna West SP Bhanu Pratap Singh said that we were continuously working seriously on this case. We are investigating from every angle to get justice for the victim and her family. Interrogation of all the arrested accused is going on.
