OMDEV SINGH IS NEW PRESIDENT OF DUMRAON BAR ASSOCIATION

BUXAR--------------------------The election of the Bar Association was successfully concluded at the Dumraon court complex with a positive message. Office bearers were unanimously selected for all positions without any dispute, tension, or factionalism, which reflected the maturity and unity of the legal community. Throughout the day, the court complex remained active, and a cordial atmosphere prevailed among the advocates.

The election of the Bar Association was successfully concluded on Thursday at the Dumraon court complex with a positive message. Office bearers were unanimously selected for all positions without any dispute, tension, or factionalism, which reflected the maturity and unity of the legal community. Throughout the day, the court complex remained active, and a cordial atmosphere prevailed among the advocates. Senior advocate Om Dev Singh was elected unopposed as the President of the Bar Association. His selection is being seen as a result of his experience and balanced leadership. Advocates believe that under his guidance, the association will not only resolve its internal problems but will also strongly represent its views on broader issues related to the court.

The selection of Kiran Kumari Singh for the post of Vice-President gave special significance to the election. Her role as a female advocate is considered an important step towards inclusive thinking in the association. The responsibility of the General Secretary was given to Prithvi Nath Sharma, who expressed his commitment to playing an active role in protecting the interests of advocates, improving professional facilities, and strengthening the organization. Ravindra Kumar Paswan was selected as the Joint Secretary of the association, while Ashok Kumar was elected unopposed as the Treasurer. The responsibility of the Auditor has been given to Vishal Kumar, from whom financial transparency and discipline are expected.

Avinash Tripathi was elected as a member of the Executive Committee. The role of the election officer was played by senior advocate Chitranjan Pandey. He conducted the entire process with fairness and transparency. The cooperation of assistant election officers Prabhunath Tiwari,

Vikrama Ram, and Ajay Kumar Tiwari was also commendable. As soon as the election results were declared, the advocates congratulated the newly elected office bearers and pledged to make the association even stronger, more organized, and more active. This election is considered a sign of a new beginning and a positive direction for the Dumraon Bar Association.
