Members of the organizing committee, social workers, and public representatives participated enthusiastically in the meeting and discussed in detail how to make the ceremony a success.
A crucial meeting was held at the Buddhist Vihara temple complex in Chaukiyan, Dumraon subdivision, regarding the upcoming seventh grand foundation day ceremony on February 9th. Members of the organizing committee, social workers, and public representatives participated enthusiastically in the meeting and discussed in detail how to make the ceremony a success. It was decided in the meeting that the seventh foundation day of the Buddhist Vihara in Chaukiyan would be celebrated on an even grander scale this year. A large fair will be organized on this occasion, which will include religious, cultural, and social programs. The Panchsheel flag was hoisted at the fairground, symbolizing peace, compassion, and brotherhood. The organizing committee stated that a large number of devotees and followers from nearby villages as well as distant areas will participate in this ceremony.
Addressing the meeting, social worker Ravi Ujjwal Kushwaha said that Lord Buddha's message is still relevant to society today. He said that Buddha's path is the path of non-violence, love, equality, and humanity, which needs to be spread to every village. The participation of youth is crucial for this. He appealed to the youth to join this campaign and spread this message of social change to every person. Ravi Ujjwal Kushwaha expressed confidence that thousands of people would participate in the foundation day fair on February 9th, and this event would become a strong example of social unity.
The meeting was presided over by Manoj Mahto. He appealed to the members of the organizing committee to work with mutual coordination so that the program could be made historical. The program was conducted by Prof. Akhileshwar Singh Kushwaha. During the meeting, he systematically presented the views of all the speakers and highlighted the outline of the event. Several dignitaries were present at the meeting, including Birendra Kushwaha, village head Pankaj Mehta, Paramhans, Sanjay Kushwaha, Shivmuni Maurya, Nandlal, Gurudev Prasad, Tejnaryan Maurya, Rambadan Singh, Yogendra Paswan, and Purushottam. Everyone pledged their cooperation and participation to make the foundation day celebration a success. Finally, the organizing committee appealed to the general public to participate in large numbers, witness this historic occasion, and spread Buddha's message of peace and harmony.
