625 PASSENGERS CAUGHT IN TICKET CHECKING CAMPAIGN FROM SPECIAL TRAIN (RED CARRIAGE)

ARA--------------------------In the same sequence, today on 27 August 2025, as per the instructions of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, an intensive ticket checking campaign was conducted with a special ticket checking special train (Red Carriage) by forming a special ticket checking team of Commercial Department and RPF at Jat Dumri station of Patna-Gaya section of Danapur Division under the leadership of Assistant Commercial Manager / Ticket Checking and Catering.

In this special Red Carriage ticket checking campaign, railway revenue of Rs 2,05,345/- was earned as fine from 625 passengers without ticket / irregular ticket. As a result of this special ticket checking campaign, increased crowd of passengers was seen at the ticket counters of various stations of Danapur Division and passengers have become aware of traveling by train by taking proper tickets.

Such ticket checking campaign will continue in the division further. Passengers are requested to never travel by train without ticket, it is a punishable offense. Always purchase railway tickets and travel by train in the appropriate class.
