The two-day job fair organised by Jinvani Management College concluded on Friday. A total of 447 young men and women were provided job offer letters, providing direct employment. The highest job package in this year's job fair was Rs 8 lakh. A total of 1564 participants from across the country participated in it. Also, to provide employment, representatives of 49 renowned and reputed companies from across the country interviewed eligible youth for their company at their respective stalls and provided job offer letters to capable youth by giving them on-spot placement.

ARA--------------------------The two-day job fair organised by Jinvani Management College concluded on Friday. A total of 447 young men and women were provided job offer letters, providing direct employment. The highest job package in this year's job fair was Rs 8 lakh. A total of 1564 participants from across the country participated in it. Also, to provide employment, representatives of 49 renowned and reputed companies from across the country interviewed eligible youth for their company at their respective stalls and provided job offer letters to capable youth by giving them on-spot placement.
Indu Devi, Mayor of Ara Municipal Corporation, who was the chief guest in the closing session, said that Jinvani Management College has been organising a grand job fair continuously for the last three years. In which, gathering together on a single platform not only the youth looking for employment from the college itself but also the companies providing employment from the district, state or across the country is a unique initiative for the society. Bhai Brahmeshwar said that Jinvani Management College family seems determined to uplift the society by organizing such job fairs with the objective of job creation and providing employment. This college not only provides education but also fulfills practical social responsibility very well.
Chairman Dr. Aditya Bijay Jain expressed happiness over the wide success of the job fair and said that in today's modern and competitive era, instead of running after jobs, the youth should establish micro and small scale industries as self-employment. By this, they will not only get self-employment themselves but will also be able to provide employment to others along with themselves.
Dr. Jain told that for adopting self-employment and setting up industries, a separate cell has already been created in Jinvani Management College for setting up micro or small enterprises. Where training related to enterprise establishment will be given. In which industries will be set up by providing land, building, money, machinery etc. with guidance by the college and will be supportive at all levels from production to marketing and sales.
Siddh Bijay Jain told that the representatives of the companies who came to provide employment in this job fair told that while taking interviews, it was felt that most of the candidates coming here are really full of skills. They also have self-confidence and hard work. It seemed that only serious and needy candidates have come to this job fair to get employment. The representatives expressed their gratitude to the Jinvani Management College family for organizing this big program.
Arihant Bijay Jain said that Jinvani Management College was successful in providing direct employment to 447 youth, and also gave the message of a new initiative in the direction of self-employment and entrepreneurship. Principal Dr. Tushar Arya said that the teachers, employees and MBA, BBA, BCA students of Jinvani Management College family played an important role in making the program successful. The representatives of employment providing companies who came from all over the country were honored by giving mementoes and kits. Mainly CP Jain, E. Dhirendra Singh, Durga Raj, Vasudha Agarwal, Jinvani Jain, Bhai Brahmeshwar, Prem Ranjan Chaturvedi, Alok Anjan, Alok Verma, Vijay Kumar etc. were present in the closing session of the two-day job fair. Coordinator Om Kumar expressed his gratitude.
