PATNA-----------------------Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched his election campaign for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections. He began in Samastipur. On Friday, he addressed his first rally in Bihar, sharply attacking his opponents and praising the NDA government's work.

Prime Minister Modi said, "The NDA has made the path of social justice shown by Karpoori Thakur the foundation of good governance. Previously, the backward and the poor did not have reservations in the All-India quota for medical education. Those who mislead with the Constitution did not have this right then. The NDA government made this provision."

Furthermore, the Prime Minister stated that this is Modi's resolve, the dream of every Bihari. The NDA is sincerely working to create the prosperous Bihar you desire. A bright future for the youth is a priority, but we cannot expect such a thing from the RJD and Congress, so today they are creating a record of lies in front of the youth of Bihar. This is not trustworthy.

The Prime Minister directly attacked the RJD and Congress, saying, "This is the land of Aryabhatta, and the youth of Bihar understand all the mathematics. Law and order is essential for development, but where there is a party like the RJD, law and order cannot exist. Industries like kidnapping have flourished under their rule. The mothers and sisters of Bihar have been the biggest victims of jungle raj."

He said that Naxalism flourished under the RJD's jungle raj. There was a time when more than a dozen districts of Bihar were affected by Maoism. It was difficult for people to go out even in broad daylight. In 2014, you gave the NDA an opportunity in Delhi. I resolved to free the youth of Bihar and the country from Naxalism. Poor mothers and daughters had to be saved from the clutches of Naxalites. I say with full confidence that we have broken the back of Naxalism in Bihar. Very soon the entire country will be free of Naxalism, this is Modi's guarantee.

PM Modi said, "Today I am warning you against the ill intentions of the Congress and RJD. They want to bring back the old days. Already, RJD and Congress members have started threatening to take away houses with pellet guns, double-barreled guns, and even their campaigns. Their campaign is based on these same tactics, so the people of Bihar must remain vigilant. It is crucial to put an end to the Jungle Raj in this election as well."

The central government has given you free gas connections, built millions of toilets, provided free medical treatment up to Rs 5 lakh, and provided millions of PM Awas Yojana homes. Lakhpati Didi has also empowered women. Bihar is now embarking on a new journey of good governance. The Chief Minister's Women's Employment Scheme is also receiving widespread praise in Bihar. Women have also been provided with assistance of Rs 10,000. During the festivals, women have also started many activities.

He said that the sisters of Bihar are saying that they will not stop here. They are working to make their small enterprises successful. He assures them that if the NDA government is formed again after November 14th, they will be encouraged to provide more employment to women.

PM Modi also addressed the people in Maithili and said that your guest, your son-in-law, is Lord Ram himself. When the grand temple of Lord Shri Ram was built in Ayodhya, the people of Bihar were also very happy. A grand temple of Mata Janaki is also being constructed in Punauradham. It will be ready for devotees very soon. Our government is also working to promote Mithila art.

He said that the Constitution of the country has been translated into Maithili. We are also linking Bihar's heritage with employment. The Ramayana Circuit and the Buddha Circuit are being developed. Now Bihar will not stop. BJP and NDA workers are urged to continue their hard work. Where the alliance is busy dealing with each other, we must continue our united efforts.

Friends, whichever candidate is in the fray from the BJP, JDU, LJP, HAM, or RLP, we must all put our strength behind them and ensure their victory. He appealed to the people to ensure victory for the NDA candidates, saying, "Remember, first vote, then refreshment. This time, we must set a record for voting and also for victory."
