The body of Anup Yadav (22), son of Ramashankar Yadav, who was swept away by strong currents of flood water, was recovered by the SDRF team. The body of the deceased was recovered from the Ganga river near Kevatia village of Barhara police station area, about 20 km east of the incident spot, Chanda Kevatia of Bihiya police station area.

ARA------------------------The body of Anup Yadav (22), son of Ramashankar Yadav, who was swept away by strong currents of flood water, was recovered by the SDRF team. The body of the deceased was recovered from the Ganga river near Kevatia village of Barhara police station area, about 20 km east of the incident spot, Chanda Kevatia of Bihiya police station area.
The incident took place on the afternoon of 6 August. When the deceased was taking out his slippers from the flood water, his foot slipped and he was swept away by the strong currents of water. On Friday morning, people of Kevatia village called people here and informed about the body being found. The body was identified from the photos and videos.
The deceased was Anup Yadav (22), son of Ramashankar Yadav, a resident of Kavalpatti village of Pipra Jagdish Panchayat of Bihiya police station area. He was the eldest of his three brothers.
