ARA---------------------------The system is completely defunct in primary health centers, sub-divisional hospitals, and district hospitals. Why is this never visible to the sub-divisional and district administration? The circle office, block office, and registry office are steeped in corruption. Is there any chance of an investigation? Adulteration of food items is happening openly, but no officer seems to notice!

Farmers' paddy crops have been destroyed due to rain, but the portal for compensation was opened for only two days and didn't even open in some places. This is not visible to the officers.

The houses, shops, carts, vegetables, and fruits of the poor are being demolished with bulldozers, and this is being touted as good governance, but why is there no discussion about rehabilitating them?

The four-lane overbridge has turned into a गड्ढा (pothole), and road accidents are happening daily, but the district administration and the department are not concerned.

In the housing scheme, Rs. 20,000 is being demanded, Rs. 2-3 thousand for making ration cards, and exorbitant amounts are being taken for mutation, land survey, birth, death, income, caste, and residential certificates. Why is the sub-divisional and district administration not bothered?

In schools, lakhs of rupees have been spent on boundary walls and electrical work without tenders, and the work is of third-class quality. Is there anyone to see this? Because everyone is involved.

Crores of rupees are being spent on seeds, medicines, and testing for farmers, but where is this money going? Why doesn't any administration investigate this?

Farmers' private borewells still don't have wires, poles, and transformers installed. In many places where they have been installed, they are not being switched on. Why has the district and sub-divisional administration never formed a team for investigation and inspection?

Garbage is being dumped in the vegetable market of Jagdishpur Nagar Panchayat. Has the sub-divisional administration ever investigated why garbage is being dumped in the vegetable market? Why has the sub-divisional administration considered it appropriate to completely reorganize the vegetable market, but has not yet properly organized the vegetable shops, fruit shops, and meat shops?

During the construction of the Bihiya-Piro State Highway, thousands of 100-year-old, shady trees were cut down, but not a single tree has been planted in their place. Why has the district administration and sub-divisional administration not taken notice of this until now?

The only playground in Jagdishpur town is being destroyed by truck parking and water drainage. The gate remains incomplete to this day. Why is the district administration and sub-divisional administration not paying attention to this?

Tube wells along the canals and rivers have been closed for years. Why are they not being restarted? Shouldn't the district administration pay attention to this?

How will the canal system, the lifeline of the farmers, be strengthened? When will the canals be paved? When should the canals be opened? When should the canals be repaired? Has the district administration and sub-divisional administration ever considered this necessary?

The Excise Police Station was opened to make the liquor ban successful, but to this day, the district administration and sub-divisional administration have not investigated why they don't ask the drunkards they catch where they got the liquor from, and how many people have been arrested based on that information?

Why is a particular person coming to the Excise Police Station and the General Police Station every day? Has the CCTV footage ever been examined by the district administration and sub-divisional administration?

Brother Dinesh said that:

Based on the Dainik Bhaskar report, the SDO of Jagdishpur should take immediate action. The fact that there was no improvement in the sub-divisional hospital's facilities on the very day of his inspection and meeting, and the absence of doctors, can be considered a challenge to the SDO.

If no action is taken, what will people understand? They already understand that the systems at the block office, circle office, government hospital, referral hospital, and sub-divisional hospital are completely defunct.

When the government and the administration themselves do not want to improve the system, and the general public is very angry about this system, then the system is bound to collapse. Brother Dinesh said that:

Has it ever been seen that the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary, departmental secretary, District Magistrate, or Sub-Divisional Magistrate has conducted a surprise inspection of any hospital, school, block, registry office, or police station, day or night, without prior notice, and taken action? No, it hasn't happened, because the officials and the government, from top to bottom, simply don't want to improve the system.

Consider this: the Honorable Chief Minister himself inaugurated the Dr. Naveen Chandra Ramgoolam Additional Health Center in Harigaon, named after the Prime Minister of Mauritius. He announced that it would have 24/7 availability of doctors, nurses, medicines, ambulances, diagnostic services, and delivery facilities. But as soon as the Honorable Chief Minister's helicopter took off, the entire system collapsed. Yet, neither the CM, nor the DM, nor the SDM has been held accountable for this, and no investigation has been conducted to this day.

The public will have to take to the streets for any improvement in the system to occur.
