Meat-eating is becoming increasingly fashionable today, but with it come the risks of: Heart disease, obesity, and diabetes, Environmental destruction, And horrific animal cruelty. Scientific research shows that vegetarians have a significantly lower risk of heart disease and a longer lifespan.

Our bodies—teeth, intestines, and digestive systems—are better suited to a plant-based diet. The Truth About Animal Cruelty. If someone were to witness the reality of large-scale slaughterhouses—blood, pain, screams, and fear—they might not think twice about taking the life of an innocent creature for the sake of taste. It is said: "If every human being saw the reality of a slaughterhouse, half the world's meat consumption would automatically disappear." Protecting the Earth is also our responsibility. Today, the Earth is facing a climate crisis. The animal husbandry industry is the world's largest source of methane, nitrous oxide, and CO₂. Forests are being cut down, rivers are being polluted, and temperatures are rising. In such a situation, vegetarianism is not just a diet—it is an environmental movement. A thought: If we cannot give life, who gave us the right to take it? Do we use meat in worship, offerings, and holy festivals? No! A meat-eater consumes approximately 300 creatures in his lifetime—is this humanity? Animals follow their instincts—lions eat meat, elephants, and horses eat grass. So why shouldn't humans have a conscience?
