ARA---------------------------Three absconding accused arrested in Bihiya Sanju murder case The arrested accused include Laddu alias Vishal alias Rakesh Kumar, son of Gorakh Yadav, a resident of Fingi village in the Bihiya police station area, Deepak Kumar, son of Sobhnath Singh, and Manu Kumar, son of Kishori Singh.

Police arrested three absconding accused in the Sanju murder case, which occurred during a shootout over money during gambling near the Bihiya Power House in the Bihiya police station area of ​​Bhojpur district. Police arrested them on Monday at their home in Fingi village in the police station area.

Police also recovered two motorcycles used in the incident. The arrested accused include Laddu alias Vishal alias Rakesh Kumar, son of Gorakh Yadav, a resident of Fingi village in the Bihiya police station area, Deepak Kumar, son of Sobhnath Singh, and Manu Kumar, son of Kishori Singh. According to police, all three are non-bailable accused in the case, Superintendent of Police Raj stated.

It should be noted that on the night of October 21st (Diwali) last month, Ganesh Kumar, 25, son of Jatta Dom, a resident of Dharhara Musahar Toli, and Sanju Kumar, 16, son of Pawan Kumar, a resident of Dharhara Musahar Toli, Town Police Station, were gambling with their friends near the Bihiya Power House in the Bihiya Police Station area. The three arrested accused, along with their other accomplices, arrived on two bikes and tried to snatch money from them. When they resisted, the miscreants shot Sanju Kumar and Ganesh Kumar. Sanju Kumar was shot in the right chest, and Ganesh Kumar in the right elbow. Their families then brought them to Sadar Hospital for treatment. After receiving first aid, Sanjeev Kumar was referred to Patna due to his critical condition. After four days of treatment, Sanju Kumar died in a hospital in Patna on the evening of October 24th. After the incident, an FIR was lodged by Ganesh Kumar, son of Jatta Dom, a resident of Dharhara Musahar Toli of Bihiya police station area and the injured, against three unknown miscreants riding a bike. During the investigation, the names of all three came up in this case. Since that time, all the accused were absconding. According to the police, four people were involved in the incident, out of which three have been arrested. The police is continuously conducting raids to arrest the other one. The arrested accused Deepak Kumar and Laddu alias Vishal alias Rakesh Kumar have a criminal history in the past as well.
