ARA--------------------------Today Swaraj Yatra reached Ara. Swaraj Yatra shared their views among the enlightened class here. Mohan Gupta, head of Gyan Yagya Parivar and in-charge of Gyan Kendra Yojana, threw light on various stages of Muni ji's life and his works. He told that after dedicating the book "Bhavi Bharat Ka Samvidhan" to the society, Muni ji presented a model of a system based on the principles of Swaraj, which was used in Ramanujganj.

In Ramanujganj, the municipality was run according to the principles of Lok Swaraj. Every Friday, the councilors of 15 wards and the citizens of the city used to gather in Gandhi Maidan and pass resolutions, on the basis of which Muni ji used to work as the President of the municipality. This was a unique and inspiring experiment of participatory democracy. Due to the impact of this model, Ramanujganj was declared the only crime-controlled city of India. Here, through public participation, the citizens had guaranteed to protect every citizen from murder, rape, loot, theft, robbery, adulteration and fraud. Due to the activeness of the citizens under the guidance of Muni ji, no criminal was able to escape, and an atmosphere of peace and happiness prevailed in the city.

Gyanendra Arya, a worker of Gyan Yagya Parivar, presented the Gyan Kendra scheme in detail before the enlightened class. He put forth his views on the ill-effects of moving the current system from public-controlled to public-appointed system and the measures to improve it. He told that in the current constitutional system, the centralization of power has become so much that social institutions like individual, family, religion, society and caste have become weak. Describing the contract between society and the state as the constitution, he advocated the direct participation of citizens in the constitutional amendment and named it constitutional system change.

While discussing the social system, he linked society empowerment with family empowerment. According to him, the family is the basic unit of the society and the smallest unit of the system should also be the family, not the individual. He called it social system change. Under the ideological system change, he discussed in detail the ill-effects of ideologies and the organizations based on them. All present seemed to agree that there should be a common platform for dialogue between people with opposite ideologies, where every person can freely express their views. According to them, the main reason for the current problems is the influence of ideology propaganda, while we should give priority to brainstorming. Gyan Yagya Parivar humbly invites everyone to Gyanotsav to be held from 12 to 16 February 2026 at Ramanujganj.

The program was organized and conducted by Swami Vikramaditya and senior journalist Narendra Singh. From among the intellectuals present, Dr. Umesh proposed Swami Vikramaditya as the President of the Gyan Kendra, which was unanimously accepted by all the scholars including journalist Narendra Singh, Dr. C.P. Pandey, Arvind Singh. Everyone expressed their commitment to carry forward the objectives of the Gyan Kendra under the leadership of Swami Vikramaditya.

This program organized on the Bhikhari Thakur Cultural Forum was presided over by Dr. Jaya Jain and conducted by journalist Narendra Singh. During this, the guests garlanded the statues of Bhikhari Thakur, Babu Lalan ji and Ustad Bismillah Khan installed in the stage premises. Thereafter, the guests were jointly welcomed by the National President of Swarn Kranti Sena Poonam Singh, Vinod Singh, Dr. Bhushan, Pappu Singh etc. by garlanding them. Singers Dhani Pandey, Brij Kishore Yadav, Ram Sakal Singh Bhojpuriya, Yashwant Singh, Upendra Thakur etc. participated in the program.
