SMUGGLER ARRESTED WITH 40.5 LITRES OF IMFL

BHABHUA--------------------Police station administration conducted a raid near Pusauli Gola Bazar National Highway 19 in the police station area on the basis of secret information and arrested a smuggler along with 40.500 ml of English liquor. Giving information in this regard, police station in-charge Nandu Kumar said that the police station administration is continuously running a campaign against liquor and drunkards while strictly following the prohibition laws issued by the Bihar government. In this sequence, on Saturday, the police station administration received secret information that a liquor smuggler was transporting liquor from Uttar Pradesh via National Highway 19 through Apache motorcycle. To confirm the information, the police station administration conducted a raid with the force. On the basis of the information, when the motorcycle was searched near Pusauli Gola Bazar, five boxes of 8 PM Special Blend, total 225 pieces, amounting to 40.500 liters of English liquor were recovered from the motorcycle. For this crime, Apache motorcycle along with English liquor was confiscated and smuggler Praveen Kumar, son of Ram Surat Singh, resident of Pusauli village of the police station area was arrested. The administration has registered a case and further action is underway.
