PATNA-------------------------A case of a student being held hostage and beaten up has come to light in Patna, the capital of Bihar. A case of a college student being held hostage and beaten up by 6 girls has come to light in Patna's SK Puri police station area. The accused also stabbed the victim and left her half dead. The incident was carried out by calling the student on the pretext of having food on suspicion of having an affair with her boyfriend.
SK Puri police has registered a case on the complaint of the student. The SHO said that the police is investigating the matter. The victim, who lives in Ramji Chowk area of Digha, studies in a college in Patna. A friend of hers had called her to an apartment in SK Puri for dinner on the evening of July 23. When the victim reached, she found that six girls including her friend were present there. Suspecting her of having an affair with her boyfriend, the friend snatched her mobile phone. After that, all the girls locked the room and beat her up.
Later, she was also attacked with a knife. Due to which the victim became unconscious. The student somehow ran out of there shouting and after getting herself treated in a government hospital, she complained about the incident in SK Puri police station. The victim alleges that the girls snatched her gold chain and smashed her mobile by throwing it. The police registered a case in this regard on July 25.
