RAJPUTS ANNOUNCED A BOYCOTT OF VOTING IF THEIR CANDIDATE IS NOT FIELDED

ARA (RNI) As the Bihar Assembly elections draw closer, various communities and classes are becoming more active on their respective issues. In Navada Ben village, under the Sandesh Assembly Constituency in Bhojpur district, the Kshatriya community has begun to show solidarity, placing development as a primary issue. Members of the community have clearly stated that this time they will only support a candidate who is willing to take concrete steps for the development of the area.

The Kshatriya community says they are dissatisfied with the names of the current MLA and potential candidates. Basic issues like roads, education, health, and employment have been neglected at the local level for a long time. Villagers say they will not hesitate to boycott the elections if a leader of their choice is not fielded. Speakers said that the unity of society is its strength, and now is the time to use this strength for the development of the region.

The name of potential candidate Radha Charan Sah is being proposed by the NDA. Villagers say they are not satisfied with his name either. If the party gives him the ticket, the entire Kshatriya community in the village will boycott the vote.

This dissatisfaction among the Kshatriya community could create a new equation in the electoral environment. Now it remains to be seen how seriously political parties take this message and what stance they take on the issues of development and leadership.
