PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVES CREATE RUCKUS I ARA BLOCK

ARA---------------------There was a huge ruckus in the Sadar Block Office premises located on Block Road in the city on Wednesday. Dozens of Panchayat representatives including Chief Minta Devi, Deputy Chief Surya Pratap Singh protested strongly against the working style of Sadar Zonal Officer Pallavi Gupta.

During the protest, the angry public representatives shouted slogans in the office premises and shouted slogans of "Anchal Adhikari Murdabad". Seeing the seriousness of the situation, Nawada police station also reached the spot and started controlling the situation.

Deputy Chief Surya Pratap Singh made serious allegations against the Zonal Officer and said that she is illegally collecting one lakh rupees in the name of mutation of land. He also said that the officer's behavior is rude and full of attitude not only with the general public, but also with the public representatives.

The protesters said that about ten brokers are active around the Zonal Officer's office, who claim to get the work done by taking a huge amount from the public. These brokers enjoy administrative protection, due to which common people are constantly troubled.

The public representatives have warned that if action is not taken against the concerned officer soon, the agitation will be intensified. There has been no official response from the district administration in this entire matter so far.
