PREPARATION FOR REVENUE MAHA ABHIYAN

ARA--------------------------A review meeting of the progress of works related to the Revenue Department was held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Tuesday under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Tanay Sultania. While reviewing the preparations for the upcoming Revenue Maha Abhiyan (16 August to 20 September 2025) in the meeting, the District Magistrate took detailed information from all the Zonal Officers about the preparations being made for the successful conduct of the campaign.

The District Magistrate directed that all necessary preparations should be completed before the campaign and extensive publicity should be ensured for maximum public awareness. During the meeting, the District Magistrate thoroughly reviewed the pending cases related to mutation, correction and Aadhaar seeding.

He gave clear instructions that all the cases of mutation pending for 75 and 35 days should be ensured soon. Also, timely and quality execution of applications related to correction should be done, so that the common citizens can get revenue services on time.

He said that there should be no compromise on quality in the execution of cases, so that minimum complaints arise in future. All land reform sub-collectors were instructed to ensure regular monitoring of the works and execution within the time limit.

Apart from this, instructions were also given to expedite the process of pamphlet distribution under “Abhiyan Basera” and to upload the updated information on “Abhiyan Basera App” on time. Additional Collector, In-charge Officer (Revenue Branch), all Land Reform Sub-collectors, Circle Officers and other concerned officers were present in this meeting.
