PEACE COMMITTEE MEETING FOR CHEHALUM AND KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI

ARA---------------------------As per the instructions of District Magistrate Bhojpur Shri Tanay Sultania, a peace committee meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Sub-Divisional Officer Ara Sadar to conduct Chehalum and Krishna Janmashtami festival in a peaceful and safe environment. In the meeting, the Municipal Corporation was instructed to ensure cleanliness and garbage disposal in the city, the police administration was instructed to control the crowd, deploy additional police force at sensitive places and monitor CCTVs. Also, instructions were given to the concerned officials to pre-check the procession route, clean the roads, arrange drinking water at the main squares, deputation of ambulance team, repair of dilapidated electric wires, and ensure timely availability of medical team and essential life saving medicines in hospitals.

Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Ara Sadar, all Station House Officers (SHO) under Ara Sub-Division, members of Peace Committee and other concerned officials were present in this meeting.
