ARA---------------------------The condition of every village, town or metropolis of Bihar is more or less the same.

Before constructing a road, arrangement for water drainage should be made, after this pitch road or PCC road should be constructed.

First of all, the government should take strict action against the engineer because whether it is a small road or a big road, its estimate is made by the engineer only. The engineer should assess the situation of ten years ago and make a plan for water drainage, where the road should be dug and then get the road constructed.

Due to lack of water drainage, roads worth lakhs and crores are getting destroyed, road accidents are happening, common man is facing difficulty in commuting but all these things are not visible to the officials or the government.

There is water on the corner of Zero Mile Ara, the road construction department is not visible.

When some big accident happens, people will come down on the road, then the government and administration will wake up.
