PATNA--------------------------26 agendas have been approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Bihar government has taken a big decision in public interest. Jeevika headquarters building will be constructed in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Rs 73 crore 66 lakh 15 thousand will be spent for this.

Nitish government has taken many more big decisions, under which Rs 280 crore has been approved for installing CCTV in 176 new police stations. Many important proposals related to health, education, agriculture and economic development were discussed in the meeting.

It was also decided in this meeting that about 466.49 acres of land will be acquired in Asarganj zone of Munger. Infrastructure will be developed on this land. About Rs 124 crore 62 lakh 50 thousand will be spent for this.

At the same time, Bihar Foodgrain Storage Management and Training Institute (BIGSMT) will be established in Patna. In this, training and efficiency orientation will be given to officers and employees. For this, an annual expenditure of Rs 4 crore 64 lakh 94 thousand 396 has been approved. A NABL standard lab will be set up.

New jobs have been approved in the cabinet meeting. 3303 additional posts of revenue staff have been approved for regional offices in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department. Apart from this, Bihar Sugarcane Supervisor Cadre (Recruitment, Promotion and Service Conditions) Rules 2025 have been approved in the Sugarcane Industry Department. Jeevika Headquarters Building will be built in Patna. Rs 73 crore 66 lakh 15 thousand will be spent on its construction.

Along with this, Kanya Vivah Mandap will be constructed in a phased manner in 8053 Gram Panchayats of the state. Rs 50 crore has been approved for this scheme.
