SASARAM---------------------------Big news has come from Sasaram, where the National Conference of All India Khet Mazdoor Kisan Sabha was organized at New Stadium Fazalganj. A large number of farmers and laborers including the national convener of the organization Subodh Mitra participated in this conference.

Accusing the central and state government in the conference, it was said that the original residents are being evicted from water, forest and land. The speakers said that today farmers are turning into laborers, and their lands are being given to the corporate sector in the name of setting up industries. While the poor are not getting land even to live, industrialists are being distributed lands for free.

Subodh Mitra said that the dominance of middlemen has increased in the government schemes, due to which the rights of the laborers working in the field are being attacked. Today the government has taken control of forests and water sources, due to which the standard of living of the tribal community is being seriously affected.

This conference has been organized by the All India Farm Workers Kisan Sabha on all these burning issues, the purpose of which is to bring the voices of farmers and workers from all over the country on one platform. The demand was also raised in the conference that the rights of the indigenous people on water, forest and land should be ensured.
